Agnitio provides customers with a full environment, with all elements needed for a Closed-Loop marketing project. The customers are not required to set up their own hosting-environment to support their project, Except in special cases, where local data provacy regulations may require it.

All Agnitio-servers are hosted by RackSpace in the UK - A Global leader in hosting-services and cloud computing

Agnitio Manager

The Agnitio Manager is offered as a Software as a Service (SaaS) tool, accessed using a web-client, with credentials provided by Agnitio. From the Manager, customers can manage the publication and distribution of presentations to individual users or user groups, as well as managing users, user-groups and user-roles, as well ass managing contacts assigned to particuler users.

Agnitio Analyzer

The Agnitio Analyzer is also accessed as a Software as a Service (SaaS) application, and provides access to the call-data/Monitoring-data collected during salescalls performed using the Agnitio Planner or the Agnitio iPlanner/iPlanner Light. The Agnitio Analyzer provides access to a tool, for customers to build and access reports on presentation-usage, and call activity. Furthermore, Agnitio offers access to the data as a flat file-dump, or using the Tibco Spotfire BI-tool.

Agnitio Planner / iPlanner

The Agnitio iPlanner and the Agnitio Planner are the 2 tools used by end-users in the field, to plan and conduct Sales-calls using the electronic detailing-aid, and reporting the calls afterwards. Both of these tools are installed locally on the client-device, to ensure that presentations excecute as smoothly as possible, and to ensure that all functionality is available even when the device is not connected to the internet.

Synchronisation

The synchronisation mechanism manages the distribution and update of Presentations and Contact-lists from the Agnitio Manager server, as well as managing the collection of call-data from the Planner/iPlanner client applications. Synchronisation is done along SSL-encrypted lines, and is only initiated when appropriate log-on credentials are submitted.

Agnitio Remote

The remote functionality is built as an integration with Citrix GoToMeeting, using the standard integration API provided. The application of the API in this system allwos the relevant functions in the GoToMeeting-client to be managed from the Agnitio Planner 4.x Client, allowing the end-user to set up, execute and finish web-conference/remote details from within the client, while still leveraging all the functionality provided by the GoToMeeting tool.
