The Manager us constructed as a tool providing a range of functionalities, based on the role or roles assigned to a given user. For example:

Features included in this release:

Updated presentation publishing dialog*
- All salesforce groups are listed on the left, with the check box next to each to include the group on a the publishing list.
- Originators can view members of the selected group by click the Show Members button.
- "Keep last published copy unchanged"-check box has been added, to address cases when only publishing options are updated, while the published copy remains unchanged.
Updated presentation sharing dialog Updates to keep the dialog consistent with publishing dialog UI.
New presentation item renderer
- New icons for each the presentation type. Flash, iPad, Doc Library or External
- Approval status and flags (published, shared) are shown by labels next to the presentation name.
Updated public URL block in presentation details. The <iframe/> -function for embedding on a web page is now available.
Valid to/From more easily visible If the presentation is published for a certain period (valid from ~ to), that period is shown in the presentation details for originator and in the group published presentations overview for the administrator.
Small icon revision All small buttons with icons are enlarged from 24x16 to 32x24.
Documents window scrollable If there are many chapters in documents window, they are scrollable.
Functionality added to support Account-structures for organisational units

Features included in this release:

Analyzer 4 back end and Analyzer Role First version of the Analyzer 4 user-interface is live, with new structure.
Account Support Data model/Structure altered to support a clear hierarchical Account-structure.
Show monitored data during preview Running a Flash-based presentation in preview-mode in the Agnitio Manager, now includes a button to open and view the data recorded during the session. The data is not permanently stored, but is made available locally for testing and validating the monitoring-data code created by content originators and editors.
Export of assets Assets, such as flash-files, images and navigation-elements can now be saved locally, in a user-defined folder with a user-defined name, for easier re-use in other presentations.
Document Library type has been added
Configurable slide thumbnails (for Agenda)
Web publishing - phase one First structural changes to support a full unified web-publishing functionality has been added to the tool, allowing presentations to be published as content on the web.
Minor improvements and fixes

Features included in this release:

Migration to Adobe Flex SDK 4.5 and Adobe AIR SDK 2.6 Agnitio Planner 4 is an Adobe AIR application. Recently Adobe has released new Adobe Flex SDK 4.5 and Adobe AIR SDK 2.6. Both SDKs are primarily focused on development for mobile platforms and thus components performance optimization. Along with SDK upgrade a lot of components have been updated to rely on a new Spark architecture.
Launch with command line arguments. As an integral part of CRM integration efforts it is currently possible to start a meeting and pass its parameters from the command line arguments.
APMI file format. APMI files can be used to pass contacts and meetings information exported from 3rd party tool, mostly CRM systems, to Agnitio Planner. Command line arguments can be also embedded into APMI file as properties.
Improved auto update module. The auto update module has been improved to significantly reduce the number of cases when the new version installation can require administrator permissions.
Additional PDF documents opening parameters. For content developers it is possible to open the PDF documents on the specific page with the certain scale factor.
