- How do I re-publish a presentation?

- Why can't I login?
- - There is two explanations:
- 1. Make sure that the iPad has a working internet connection (for first time login).
- 2. Make sure that you haven't misspelled username or password (check if letters has lowercase or uppercase).
- How can I add a contact/target list?
- - Forward your list in the specific [CSV format] required to Agnitio Support and it will be attached to the groups and/or users of your choice.
- How do I update my contact list?
- - Any changes you might have to names, addresses, etc have to be forwarded to team leader which can submit a new contact list to Agnitio Support who will attach it to the concerned groups and/or users.
- Why don't I see contacts in the Contact list?
- - There is two explanations:
- 1. You have no contacts attached to your user or the group(s) you are attached to.
- Contact your 1. level support or team lead to solve the problem.
- 2. You haven't downloaded the contacts.

- Which presentations are available to me?
- - Presentations that are available to you are those which are attached to the groups you are attached to and the presentations which are attached to you personally.
- Why are all presentations being downloaded every time even though they are already downloaded?
- - It is because you have enabled the "Force presentation updates" setting in the settings menu. When enabled all presentations will be downloaded. You should only use this option if your 1. level support tells you to.
- How do I check for updates manually?
- - If you need to check manually for updates enable the "Check for presentation updates" setting and tab the "Sync now!" button.
- Why can't I see the latest version/updated version of our presentation?
- - There could be several explanations.
- 1. Make sure that the presentation are available to you or the group(s) you belong to.
- 2. Make sure that the presentation is properly approved and re-published to the correct groups and users.
- 3. Make sure that the iPad has a working internet connection and that you have checked for new updates and downloaded them.
- Why does the presentation not show the menu bar in the top/bottom?
- - Check if the presentation requires you to turn your iPad device from landscape to portrait view.
- When downloading a presentation I get this error message: "Download failed, Size mismatch, Aborting sync for this presentation". Why is that happening and what can I do?
- - The problem occurs only if the file size of the presentation isn't equal to file size downloaded.
- When that happens the downloaded files in the presentation is discarded and the presentation cannot be opened and displayed.
- The reason is that the data transferred is compressed (by internet provider) thus compressing the total file size as well.
- The file size check in iPlanner will then prohibit use of this presentation because of errors encountered during download.
- The problem can be worked around by going to "Sync" menu and tab the "Disable integrity check" to enable this setting making sure a tick mark is shown.
- When the check (file size / integrity) is disabled try again to download the presentation(s).

Republishing Guide
- 1. Log in to the manager as originator and check the history of the presentation to determine, if the presentation was published lately.
- 2. Second step is to figure out who the project manager is on the specific presentation, ask them if the presentation was copied from the Agnitio unit, or creative agency to the customers unit.
- 3. If the presentation has not been copied and published, copy it from the source and into the destination unit.
Download Presentation Guide
- 1. Check that our iPad has access to the internet.
- 2. Log in to iPlanner.
- 3. Go to "Settings" menu and tab "Check for presentations updates" to enable this setting and make sure a tick mark is shown.

- 1. Go to "Sync" menu and tab "Contacts" to enable this setting and making sure a tick mark is shown.
